burgers that kill the pocket.....

see this ? this is the world's most expensive burger so far at a whooping $200>>convert it to Peso, it's almost P8500! Crazy! how could something so perishable be so expensive!! " The Burger" is a special treat from Burger King served only in London once a week...

The burger is made of fine ingredients include Wagyu beef, white truffles, Pata Negra ham slices, Cristal onion straws, Modena balsamic vinegar, lambs lettuce, pink Himalayan rock salt, organic white wine and shallot infused mayonnaise in an Iranian saffron and white truffle dusted bun...

Philippine version

the Wagyu burger found in Manny O's resto in Hilton Hotel in Cebu cost around $35..way cheaper than "The Burger" but still too expensive for the Filipino wallet....

absolute foolishness

A person calls on me from his closed car window,
Desperately wanting to be heard
But he looks just as foolish as he is desperate
His voice echoes from the confines,
only his ear could hear him….

ambivalence...

A typical feature of love is its ambivalent nature which sometimes is manifested in hurting the one we love. This consideration indicates how easily we may hurt our beloved without intending to do so.

Love is to make oneself vulnerable in ways that enhance the possibilities of pain.

I love and yet i also hurt.
The worst part is when you did it with person you love the most...

i love you kevs!!

that old song..

Guess there are times when we all need to share a little pain
And ironing out the rough spots
Is the hardest part when memories remain
And it's times like these when we all need to hear the radio
`Cause from the lips of some old singer
We can share the troubles we already know

Old Tjikko- World's oldest tree

This 9,550 year old spruce has been discovered in Dalarna, Sweden. A favourable climate has produced an upright trunk since the beginning of the 1940s.

The world’s oldest living tree has been found in Sweden, along with remnants of several other generations of it. A ripe 9,550 years old, this special spruce tree in Fulu Mountain, Dalarna, has profound implications for climate change.

The tree is single-stemmed and stands 5 meters — about 16.4 feet – tall. Researchers at Ume University found decaying wood remnants in the soil that date back 375, 5,660, 9,000 and 9550 years, representing generations of the same genetic individual.

For thousands of years, the spruce appeared in a shrub formation called krummholz. But with warming in the last century, the tree changed its growth and became the single-stem spruce seen in this photo.

“The fact that we can see this spruce as a tree today is a consequence of recent climate warming since about 1915,” said Leif Kullman, Professor of Physical Geography at Ume University.

Kullman and colleagues study how tree lines, or the edges of tree habitats, respond to climate change. They have shown that trees of different species have advanced into the alpine tundra by more than 650 feet during the past century, Kullman said, suggesting that there is less tundra area than there has been for 7,000 years.

“As we see it, that is the most interesting aspect of this and similar trees,” he said. “That this may also be the oldest tree in the world is more of a curiosity from a scientific point of view.”

who matters...

When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most us, we often find that it is those who can be silent with us in a moment confusion, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a person who cares..

minds' floating....

Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not now look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.

hippie happie meee..

As I look at my self, one of the most constant and potent thing I experienced is the enormous drive to work, to do something…And yet I don’t have a desire to succeed… there were many opportunities I turned down for very trivial reasons… Why? I love comfort.. and for as long as I am happy then i can go unchanged….
Being happy is a choice we make… Knowing what makes us happy is also something we must figure out with our selves. And sticking to it is another challenge…
I don’t like challenges… hahahha… why? Because if I get challenged, I don’t give in until I finally satisfy my self.. So, to do some favor to my frail body.. I don’t entertain much challenge… A hippie point of view eh? Hahaha..

I don’t stick to bad situations either.. Some people say," don’t avoid conflict, face it"…Not me.. I don’t intentionally hurt people, so why let other people hurt me? I won’t suffer for something I don’t deserve….

And I don’t push hard...an unwilling person … is a boring one.. so why waste my time? Self-motivation is something we can’t teach , it is an inner drive to do at your own will.
Well going back to happiness...
It is enjoying of all that is, has been, will be and will not be...
